How do I activate my digital issue?

After purchase you will receive an email to download your issue. The link will be live for 24 hours.

Where is my magazine?

We send out our magazine quarterly, in February, May, August and November. UK deliveries are all sent with Royal Mail 2nd class post, and should take 2-3 working days to arrive. We have found that international deliveries within Europe take between 7 – 12 days, and deliveries across the rest of the world take around 7-10 working days. Further info on delivery is below.

Where can I buy Pitch?

You can find a list of our stockists here, but the easiest and cheapest way to get Pitch is to subscribe. You can also buy back issues at our online store.

Are you distributed outside of the UK?

Yes: we have an ever-growing international distribution, you can see a full list of stockists here. Or you can buy back copies here or subscribe internationally here.

Who prints your magazine?

We are printed by Micropress. We can thoroughly recommend them.

What payment methods do you accept for digital issues?

You can pay only pay digital issues with a credit or debit card or PayPal, Apple Pay is not applicable for digital downloads.

I would like to subscribe / order back issues. How?

That’s great news. You can subscribe here and we have a limited number of back issues available here. We’ve sold out of some issues, so hurry!

Can I set up a corporate subscription for my organisation?

Absolutely, just send us an email and we can tailor a package to your requirements.

How can I change my address?

The easiest way to make changes to your subscription, such as changing your address, updating a payment method or pausing or cancelling your subscription is by emailing us here. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours. Promise.

What happens if I forget to tell you about a change of address?

If you miss an issue because you’ve not updated your address with us, then we will be happy to send you another copy – however we will have to charge the postage fee to redeliver the issue to you.

How do I contact your subscriptions department?

What does a recurring subscription mean?

Most of our subscription plans are quarterly recurring subscriptions – this means that each quarter your subscription will automatically renew.

This is the easiest way to keep receiving the magazine with an uninterrupted service, and is the best price too! However, subscribers are under no obligation to continue those recurring payments, and if at anytime you would like to cancel that automatic renewal you can let us know by getting in touch. kevin.whitchurch@pitch-mag.co.uk

When will I receive my magazine?

Pitch is a quarterly publication, published in February, May, August and November every year. This means that if you sign up in January, for example, you would receive your first copy of the magazine as soon as it is published in February. If you add a copy of the current issue or a back issue to your order, they will be sent out straight away.

If your magazine delivery is delayed or does not arrive within these time frames then we ask you to wait for the following period before contacting us to request a replacement delivery:

UK: Ten working days after posting
Rest of world: Twenty working days after posting

Yes they are all read, without exception, but given the number of submissions we receive, we cannot always send an acknowledgment.

What is the Young Sports Journalist competition?

We run an annual writing competition, seeking well-argued articles from aspiring journalists aged 14-21. Winning entries are published online and printed in the Summer Issue of Pitch. Critiqued by our panel of accomplished judges, winners will also receive a £50 cash prize and offered work experience here at HQ. The competition runs from February to April. And winners are announced in May. Spread the word.
